The Answers You Need
Washing Instructions
The materials used at Orca Tail Creations are of high quality and to maintain there color and softness the following are the washing recommendations:
Wash in cold water with like colors to prevent color transfer using a good quality laundry detergent. Dry on low heat.
What are the blue or white lines I see on my clothing order?
The fabric I use to make the outfits are pre-washed using ivory soap and dried on high heat in order to remove any other impurities and dirt from shipping.
Once I am ready to make an outfit I use two different water soluble pens to mark the sizing. When I ship my orders, I do not pre-wash the clothing , therefore sometimes you will still see some of the markings I used to make your unique outfit. Simply follow the washing instructions and they will disappear.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
All garments are thoroughly checked before being delivered to the customer. Any defects that a customer notices must be discussed immediately before the outfits first wash in it's new home.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All orders must be pre-paid before they are shipped or put into production. I accept PAYPAL or if you are local you can do an EMT.
